Often to their surprise, everyone seems to like this lovely light cherry-coloured red with its lightly bubbly, semi-sweet and strawberry and spice flavours. Once rare, Brachetto has comeback as an entrée wine, with cured meats or even spicy foods and some desserts. Shows freshness and zip, with a nice savoury finish.
