A relatively rare style of wonderfully ‘grapey’ Moscato which, once ripe, is allowed to dry and shrivel further, concentrating its characters. Released with some age, it’s dessert wine, showing honey and peach notes, with the extra lift of the distinctive Moscato. Not too sweet. Great for soft cheeses and fruit desserts.
