It is the complete Tuscan estate with olive oil, a great restaurant (Solissimo) and other crafts, to complement compelling and unusually rich reds and authentic Vin Santo from Chianti Colli Fiorentini the ‘Hills of Florence’ Lucignano Vin Santo is very trad, with the must of partially dried grapes (Trebbiano & Malvasia) sealed in small barrels (caratelli) for 8 years to complete a long fermentation and maturation. This emerges a golden liqueur of toffee, marmalade and almond notes, with a long, tingling, savoury finish. Just released, this is a classic. |
