Producer: Cantine Lenotti The ‘Classico’ denotes better vineyards of the Soave region, west of Verona. These are on the slopes around the villages of Soave and Monteforte, where many of the grapes still come from the old ‘pergola’ trained vines. It’s a dry white of glowing fresh fruits of melon, white flowers and light herb notes. The palate has Soave’s full creamy texture, and crisp, chalky finish. Soave is a great all-round food wine. Pair together with Lenotti Bardolino Classico for the perfect Spring combination! |
