The Banear vineyards here enjoy the combination of aspect and lean, stony and limestone soils. The unique Picolit is mainly suited to make a sweeter wine, with an almost dry a zippy finish. It’s a good desert wine…but an even better wine for aged, sharp and blue cheeses. |
