Most Italian tables would be incomplete without wine – but sometimes pairing food and wine can seem daunting. We’ve tried to make it a little easier for you by providing a selection of wines which may just suit the dish you have in mind!

One of the advantages of Italian wines is that most varieties also have a fairly convincing affinity for other foods. In fact it’s really not hard to match a number of Italian wines to whatever we care to challenge them with; a red curry, Peking Duck, cold rolls, hot pot, moussaka, yiros, tagine, goulash, sushi….there’s an Italian wine for any of these and more.
